*MS Automation and SCCM Engineer*
** These positions are all 12 months +* ** Hire off the phone* ** Location: Wilmington DE.* *Description* *Position Title: MS Automation and SCCM EngineerSr* Overall Job Purpose This role will play a key part in helping the Client Desktop Operations team package applications in the Apple/Windows Environment. *Key Accountabilities & approximate time split (%)* (Ideally 4-10 points, or headings with sub-points. Quantify where possible e.g. cost/income budget, no of subordinates, likely no of yrs/mths to complete longest task. Could note key external/internal lateral relationships). • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for Windows/Mac • Install software using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) / Manual installation/App-V • Modify Active Directory user accounts • Troubleshoot SCCM agent issues • Troubleshoot WMI issues on Windows XP, Windows 7 • No direct reports in this position • Key relationships with MS Server, MS Engineering and Networking teams as well as internal desktop users. • The need for continuing the contract is based on periodic reviews of the needs of BCUS. *Person Specification* (Personal attributes essential to performing role: e.g. skills, competencies, expertise, knowledge, experience.
