PROJECT SUMMARIES: Messaging Uplift Design and Build-out: Uplift the current enterprise email infrastructure from Exchange 2010 to a hybrid cloud & on premise implementation of Exchange Online with Office 365 and Exchange 2013. • Exchange Online with Office 365 POC & Pilot • Leverage cloud model as much as possible • POA Solution Decision, Design & Implementation, including on premise infrastructure • Begin Migration (likely to continue into first half of 2016) • Includes ensuring the Symantec enterprise vault is fully compatible with new architecture (Enterprise Vault, Discovery Accelerator, Compliance Accelerator, Data Classification Server, Actiance Vantage, Globanet). Enterprise Mobility Build-Out: Implementation of an Enterprise Mobility Management solution enabling advanced functionality to support all lines of business. Key Deliverables: - Provide ability to access corporate information anywhere leveraging personally owned devices (BYOD) - Provide for the secure distribution, editing and annotation of documents, artifacts, and files - Enable secure access to Corporate data through a secure browser - Provide, where applicable, secure access to SharePoint, Lync, LoB apps, and network files/folders. Enable support for an Enterprise App store RESPONSIBILTIES: Business analysis skills and experience in modeling business processes with Good industry knowledge. Excellent documentation skills. Skilled at facilitating workshops and training sessions. Prepares for and conducts business process analysis. Documents and presents analysis and modeling results. Transfers knowledge to project team(s) and project managers. Creates detailed Business Requirement Document and translates into functional specifications. Participates in Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing.
