*Location :Appleton, WI * *Duration – 6+ month contract * *Phone / skype * *Candidates must be GC or USC*. The *Sr. Application Packaging Admin/Engineer* will maintain strong relationships with distributed workstation support groups and will be responsible for coordinating and implementing workstation patching and support efforts Enterprise wide. They will be responsible for research and evaluation of new enterprise patching technologies, processes, upgrades to Windows workstations by identifying when established procedures are not working and there are gaps in processes, and makes recommendations for improvements. This position will be the technical owner responsible for Windows patch and vulnerability remediation and will provide guidance in the patching process and continuously work to improve the current strategy while working with business segments to minimize impact to the end user. Successful candidates will bring proven experience managing and patching desktops using Microsoft enterprise management tools, packaging and updating 3rd party applications, and developing and enforcing configuration standards. Excellent documentation and communication skills are mandatory. Ability for international travel will also be required.
