*Title : Teradata Architect* *Duration : 6 Months + contract to hire * *Location : NJ * The Teradata Architect is responsible for managing all assigned project activities on behalf of the Application Services (AS) Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing Team. The resource should have broad knowledge of the data warehouse space with focused knowledge of Teradata products. The resource will provide design, development and project oversight and guidance on Teradata BI/DW implementations. This is an opportunity to earn a full-time position with one of the most prestigious IT organizations in the world. The initial project goal is to transfer Financial Planning/Analysis data from various data points/sources to a Teradata EDW which you will be architecting. *Qualifications* A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Science or Business Degree or equivalent field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred. A minimum of 8 years overall IT experience is required. A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in a Teradata BI environment required with a solid technical foundation in a BI / Data Warehouse space. The Teradata Architect/Developer will be working in a collaborative environment so the ability to communicate at an executive level is key.
