*REQUIREMENT* *Title : Agile Kanban Lead* *Duration : Long Term* *Location : Charlotte, NC* *JD:* • Experience as Scrum master 3+ years minimum • Certified scrum master • Experience of coaching scrum teams • Must have played Kanban lead roles. • Knowledge of Rally • Good in communication • Knowledge of Safe – added advantage • Knowledge of BI – plus point • Experience in Telecom Domain (Good to have) ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ *REQUIREMENT 2* *Title : **Matlab/ Simulink/ Stateflow (F2F)* *Duration : Long Term* *Location : Milwaukee(WI)* *JD:* •Research and develop new algorithms and methods for optimizing machine efficiency, performance. •Design, validate and implement controls algorithms to increase chiller plant / electromechanical system efficiency. •Analyze and recommend approaches to handling dynamics of the electromechanical systems and their interactions within a data center. •Conduct empirical statistical analysis/modeling on relevant data. Closely collaborate with the engineering team to implement proposed strategies/algorithms in our technology system, develop large scale machine learning algorithms for linear and nonlinear control system •Lead and contribute to authorship of reports, studies, presentations and proposals.
