*Mode of interview: Phone/ skype* *Location: Pleasonton, CA* *Duration of contract: 6+* We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer with the following background and experience: Long term Contract position in Pleasonton, CA Role and Responsibilities - Define cloud deployment requirements by working with engineering organizations in support of their development and test functions - Deploy applications in multiple public and private clouds, e.g. AWS, Rackspace, Microsoft Cloud etc. - Work with IT Network and Security organizations to address data flow in a secure yet flexible operating environment - Leverage industry best practices in defining and tuning appropriate on-demand cloud deployment architecture - Programmatically automate routine cloud deployment, administration, and monitoring tasks - Be dynamic and capable of continuous learning and quick integration of new learning in daily work to accelerate and improve team capabilities - Provide operational support of cloud/development environments in support of both the engineering and IT organizations Experience & Skills - 5+ years of enterprise systems implementation and administration experience in Linux and/or Windows servers - Advanced scripting & programming experience in Java, Bash, Python, Ruby, etc. - Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-a-Service products; AWS, CloudStack, OpenStack, etc - Source Control Tools SNV/GIT/Clearcase - Build Automation tools such as Maven - Experienced with Jenkins and releasing applications in CI/CD environments Samarth [email protected] 201 620 9700x125 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Vendors" group.
