*Duration-Six Month * *Visa-GC & USC * *Local developers are preferred (or someone within an hour drive)* *Mode-In Person Interview is required * *This senior position will be responsible for the technical leadership of the software team, perform complex coding for software production issues and object-oriented and database designs for development projects. The candidate will be involved in evaluating critical productions issues and addressing fixes as soon as possible. We want someone who can see the big picture and translate that into solutions and timely delivery. The position will work within the office environment located in Charlotte, NC.* *MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:* · *Experience working with banking or credit union systems* · *8+ years of working in a .NET, Object-Oriented software environment* · *Solid software development skills in VB.NET <http://VB.NET>* · *4+ years SOA experience* · *3+ years of technical leadership* · *3+ years in a financial, transaction based system with knowledge of “transaction scope”* · *Excellent analysis skills when researching issues and impacts to software changes* · *Strong skills in SQL Server 2008 or above* · *Must be able to demonstrate relational database design* · *Must be able to demonstrate object-oriented design* · *Strong communication skills including strong English in both verbal and written mediums.
