Analyzes Business Requirements to understand the business needs and to determine how their applications can best functionally fulfill those needs. This high level functional design is used by BAs of all levels within the group as a basis for their low-level functional design. Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members. Additional Skills: • Minimum of 10+ years of combined business analysis, team leadership and IT experience in the Financial Services Risk Management domain. • Ability to facilitate resolution and communication of cross-organization decisions, standards, risks and issues. • Ability to write detailed Business Requirements and functional specifications. • Ability to understand, explain and present complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels in a persuasive and convincing manner. • Ability to capture business requirements at a level that can be used to create function requirements with complete traceability. • Experience in Process Re-engineering, Business Change Management, Vendor/Sub-Contract Management. • Knowledge of Financial instruments and associated processing. • Bachelor's degreen in Computer Science or related discipline. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the LRI suite of applications which comprise the Corporate and Treasury LOB functions. This role involves both the BA and people management aspect of moderate to highly complex projects. They will have significant influence on the project solution and architecture.
