We have an urgent requirement as follows: *Role: Automation Tester* *Job Location: Houston, TX* *Duration: 12+ Months * *Exp: 8+ Years* *Need H1B, GC EAD, GC, USC.* *Need Photo Copy’s for Submission * *Prefer locals * Soft Skills § Excellent written and oral communication skills; exhibiting the ability to communicate complex technical bugs in business and technical terms, clearly and precisely articulate to technical and management audiences. § Should be able to white board and present solution architecture, program and data flows § Passion for quality assurance; breaking things and seeing them fixed § Innovative mindset, working with peers to “build a better mousetrap” with our technical solutions and capable of developing smart test solutions with the right level of coverage utilizing efficient test methods § Able to think on their feet; if presented with a set of features to test, or an undiagnosed bug, should be able to articulate a high level approach and some tactical details to address the concern § Highly organized and attentive to detail; ensures status always recorded in test management solutions for tests and defects § Able to communicate masterfully, regarding quality status for applications in development, especially those approaching release dates QA Skills & Expertise · 5+ years of experience developing strategies to optimize functional and non-functional test coverage by leveraging test automation and/or other testing tools · 5+ years of experience in C# developing robust and reusable, data driven automated tests · Hands on experience working with Project or Business Teams to review business requirements and use cases, providing feedback to improve product completeness, quality and testability · Ability to define a comprehensive test plan, covering all types of functional and non-functional testing, with appropriate coverage levels based on product complexity, risk, and return on investment · May oversee / evaluate test results conducted by non-QA team members (including customers) · Experience working with external team members to query, capture and address beta, alpha, demo and/or UAT feedback. · Experience working in agile pods or Scrum teams, within the confines of iteration based ALM and SDLC practices, as well as deep experience in all facets of agile development. · Experience designing and conducting end to end and/or component level performance, scalability and/or reliability tests · Experience with user and data security testing; and penetration / vulnerability testing · Usability testing and/or heuristic inspections · Experience working with current Microsoft Visual Studio editions · Experience working with Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Test Manager and Lab Center · Deep technical knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Coded-UI or Selenium and object-oriented coding languages · Working understanding of web technologies including HTTP, DOM, JavaScript, Wireshark, Fiddler, browser developer tools is a must · Experience working in a test-driven development environment, reviewing unit tests (created by developers) and gauging overall quality and code coverage required · Working knowledge and experience with runtime memory analysis and code profiling tools · Strong SQL and database working experience and knowledge · Experience designing and developing custom test harnesses for enterprise solutions in a Windows Server environment · Experience modeling and building test data for enterprise applications using automated techniques · Strong understanding of automated build processes/practices and code management techniques · Strong analytic, debugging and problem diagnosis skills, including analysis of results/data for patterns and anomalies, determining root causes of failures, data issues and troubleshooting unexpected results Other Technology Skills or Experience · Windows Server systems administration knowledge/experience, including : o Install and configure servers, ground-up o Build and configure domains, sub-domains, organizational units o Understanding of rights and privileges for users, groups · Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, DNS · Strong knowledge of servers, virtualization, configuration and software set up, including modification of Operating System settings · Strong enterprise networking knowledge including TCP/IP and other protocols, knowledge of networking topologies and strategies/tools for load balancing, disaster recovery · Web development, web server and/or farm management, including load balancing · Hands-on experience with deployment management & implementation of relative best practices · Strong understanding and experience testing robust message based architectures Thanks and Regards, *Mohammed* *SR.IT <http://SR.IT> Recruiter* *moham...@pace-solutionsinc.com <moham...@pace-solutionsinc.com>* *Office: 443 539 0949 Ext 205* *Skype ID:mohdsiddiq6555, Gtalk:mohdsiddiq6555* *Pace Computer Solutions Inc.
