*Description*



*The client seeks Oracle analysts/developers with eBusiness Suite knowledge
to provide Oracle Receivables, Payables and General Ledger Technical
expertise for several upcoming projects.  The analyst/programmer must have
proven experience in at least 3-5 full life cycle Oracle eBusiness Suite
implementations, and exposure to large scale and complex Oracle projects
with multiple operating units/ledgers, large transaction volume and user
base. The contractor must have excellent writing skills and possess the
ability to deliver quality results with minimum direction and detail, and
meet deadlines while handling changing priorities.*



*Note: Candidates must be available for on-site client face-to-face,
in-person interview in Eagan MN. *



Required Skills:



   - *7+ years’ in-depth technical knowledge of Oracle Receivables,
   Payables and General Ledger to effectively manage upcoming project
   deliverables.*
   - *DEVELOPMENT: Significant experience in the following: *
      - *Knowledge of Oracle EBS development standards and Application
      Object Library (AOL).*
      - *Programming skills in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms 10.1, BI
      Publisher, Database version 11g/12c. Desirable knowledge in OA
framework.  *
      - *Performing unit testing of Oracle application for assigned process
      areas, while identifying issues and troubleshooting issues to
resolution.  *
      - *Developing integrated test scenarios, identifying test data,
      executing test scenarios as part of system integration testing (COTS and
      custom), troubleshooting and resolving issues identified and documenting
      test results.  *
   - *ANALYSIS: Significant experience in the following:*
      - *Working knowledge of Oracle EBS Account Receivables (AR), Trading
      Community Architecture (TCA) in Oracle e-Business Suite version
12.1 (R12).
      *
      - *Document all technical design decisions and processes using
      existing Technical Design Document (TDD) templates.*
      - *Collaborate with technical team to design and follow development
      standards for USPS application customizations.*
   - *Advanced experience developing and writing requirements according to
   standard templates including data needs and business rules.*
   - *The contractor must have excellent writing skills and possess the
   ability to deliver quality results with minimum direction and detail, and
   meet deadlines while handling changing priorities. *





Preferred Skills:

   - *Desirable knowledge in Payables (AP) and General Ledger (GL).*
   - *Able to adhere to client development standards and SOX compliance *
   - *Ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences, both business
   and technical*
   - *Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction *



Additional Provisions

·         *Pass both a client mandated clearance process to include drug
screening, criminal history check and credit check.*

·         *Once candidate’s resume is approved and interview passed, the
agency is responsible for providing drug screening.  Failure to submit the
drug screening results will delay the security clearance process.*

·         *If a candidate is given an interim clearance, continuation of
employment is then based on the candidate receiving a sensitive clearance.
*

·         *All candidates must be a US Citizen, have permanent residence
status, or H-1B visa. *

·         *Candidates must have lived in the United States for the past 5
years. *

·         *Cannot have more than 6 months cumulative outside the United
States within the last five years.  Military Service excluded.  (Exception
does not include military family members.)*

·         *All overtime must be pre-approved in writing by the client
manager or his/her designated representative.*

·         *Agency will not be reimbursed for overtime charges without
previous written authorization.  Authorized overtime will be reimbursed at
straight time.*

·         *The enforced dress code is business casual, i.e. collared shirt
with slacks for men, no skirts above the knee for women. *



Place and Period of Performance



·         *Hours of support: *

   - *The standard work week for contract staff will be 5 days a week and 8
      hours per day preferable Monday through Friday.*
      - *Contract staff may be required to travel to support business
      efforts.*
