*Duration: 6month * *Rate: open* *Mode of interview: phone then onsite* *USC/GC ONLY* We have an immediate opening for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong, current hands-on technical skills. You will design, code, test, and document software programs for systems of moderate to high complexity as per requirement specifications; work with business unit stakeholders and Functional Analyst team members to develop requirements, architecture, and software as needed; lead investigation of requirement gathering and assist other developers in architecture and problem solving; perform code reviews and design sessions with team members and technical management. Will also estimate time against defined programming tasks and contribute to overall project planning and estimation process; create detailed technical documentation for existing and newly developed solutions; determine resolution of complex software development issues that may arise in a production environment and support existing software application for incident management, problem management, and release management. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in CS/MIS or related field preferred with 5+ years as an application developer and 5+ years’ experience with Salesforce. Salesforce Development certification is a must. Skills with APEX, Team Foundation Server, Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, MSSQL Server, and IIS are needed. Integration experience is important. Web Services experience (RESTful and SOAP) is needed. A strong technical understanding of development of web-based apps and a strong understanding of the SDLC is critical. Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies is needed. You must have significant experience with CRM and system implementations, possess strong communication skills, and have the desire to learn the complexities of the business. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are expected to be creative and a skilled problem solver with the ability to understand broad system-wide impact of design and development solutions. Must be capable of directing and being a technical lead to a development team including those offshore with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines. The ability to handle multiple tasks at once and effectively prioritize tasks with minimal direction from supervisors essential.
