Experience with Health IT and knowledge of general industry practices will be needed to effectively communicate with partners.* Technical Skills Skill Years/Level of Experience Mandatory Bachelor’s Degree +4 years of related experience 4+ Recent Experience with Health IT, Health Economics Research (HER), or Health Information Exchange (HIE) 4+ Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project 4+ Knowledge of Patient Confidentiality and Privacy Standards – Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) Knowledgeable Knowledge of Continuity of Care Document (CCD) standards and constructs (C32), and Consolidated CDA (C-CDA) standards and constructs (C62).
