*Perform independent review of models.  *

The audit consultant will review all aspects of model development,
validation and implementation to verify that model documentation meets
standards set forth by the bank's policies and key regulatory bodies

Model development/ Model Validation experience

·         Heavy quantitative skills

·         Proficiency in C++, SAS, LookAhead, etc.

·         Strong technical writing skills

·         Financial industry knowledge

·         Knowledge of CVA, Ops Risks, PPNR, Retail/Wholesale, Structured
products models, capital planning, and RWA (Risk Weighted Assets)

·         Knowledge of key banking regulations

·         CCAR/DFAST, capital planning and internal audit

·         MBA/PHD equivalent

·         Related certifications (CQF, CFA, CRM) are a plus.

·         People management with proven track record taking responsibility
on executing a portfolio of high quality deliverables within strict
timeframes.

·         Effective negotiation skills, proactive no surprise approach in
communicating issues.

·         Individual must be articulate, effective communication (both oral
and written) with energetic approachable style

·         Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with all levels of
senior mgt.

·         Prior experience in BIG 4 or auditing is preferable.
Specifically, for model resources

·         Experience in model development, validation of Exposure at
default (EAD), Probability default (PB), and/or Loss Give Default (LGD) for
mortgages, cards, personal loans, and HELOCS.

·         Model experience using INTERPHINX is a plus;

*CCAR IA resources*

*CCAR/BAU Internal Audit Analyst – Focus on finance and Risk:*

•      Risk- Sr. Associate – Market risk RWA, Market Risk Reporting,
policies

•      Finance - Associate – RWA Calculation, CCAR processes

•      Finance - Associate – CCAR finance processes, Forecasting models

•      Bachelor's or high level degree in accounting, finance, math,
business, statistics, etc.

•      Minimum of 3/6 years of auditing experience in the banking/finance
industry

•      Minimum of 3/6 years of experience in CCAR, treasury, finance,
capital, regulatory Risk, stress testing, and/or scenario analysis

•      CCAR audit experience

•      MBA/PHD equivalent

•      Related certifications (CQF, CFA, CRM) are a plus.

•      People management with proven track record taking responsibility on
executing on a portfolio of high quality deliverables within strict
timeframes.

·         An understanding of basic financial analysis is a primary
requirement, plus knowledge of predictive modeling tools and statistical
software such as SAS, SPSS and R preferred.

·         Good knowledge of CCAR process and regulatory structure of
financial services and banking industry and current regulatory guidance.

·         Specific subject matter expertise regarding data management
control disciplines and a solid understanding of Enterprise Risk Management
concepts, especially those associated with the Operational Risk Management
and Basel II Frameworks.

·         Deep focus on internal controls and integrity of data.

·         Experience in financial and regulatory systems architecture.

·         Experience in auditing financial services organizations or
relevant market risk management experience in products offered

·         Lead for large scale technology or financial regulatory audits.

·         Prior CCAR/DFAST or regulatory reporting experience preferred.

·         MBA/PHD equivalent

·         Related certifications (CQF, CFA, CRM) are a plus.

·         People management with proven track record taking responsibility
on executing a portfolio of high quality deliverables within strict
timeframes.

validation of key data controls
