*Duration: six month contract(6)* *Location:** Hopkins, MN* *Client in Hopkins, MN, Skype interview, rate negotiable, six month contract, description below:* *This position will be the key contact to provide support to the Business Units by answering questions on requests in process, research issues BU may have with records and determine the best course of action. This position will play a key role in migration of data work to the shared service model. 40% Oversee request process, answer questions from Outsourced/CBS Center processors 25% Provide support for Business Unit questions and concerns 20% Audit outsourced processors requests/issues exceptions/follow up to ensure corrections are made and train as necessary.
