Your skills are needed to assist a large energy company located in Chicago, IL 60661. **In this position you will be responsible for providing Functional support to the Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM team and they integrate Oracle Taleo Recruiting and Onboarding. Your role will be to provide SME (Subject Matter Expertise) on Taleo Recruiting and Onboarding Configuration. This will include providing analysis to identifying, evaluate, and implement system enhancements and procedures needed as well as development of Process Maps, conducting GAP analysis, Test Script Development, User Interface design, and participate in UAT testing.* The selected candidate should be able to work independently and communicate directly with functional project resources as needed, as well as, quickly research, identify and resolve defects.
