*Mode- Face to Face* *SUMMARY:* This position will have a primary focus on architecting and building data driven applications using PL/SQL to load, manipulate, and present data. (PERL experience a plus!) Solutran developers work closely with product managers, business analysts and management; this provides the right person an opportunity to not only build applications, but also have direct input into product development. *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * · Develop data driven applications using PL/SQL and PERL. · Develop database stored procedures (Oracle) · SQL Performance Tuning · Participate in application and database design · Participate in Agile/SCRUM development process · Software testing/debugging · Off-hours support as needed · Other duties may be assigned · *Primary Platforms / Technologies Used:* Perl, PL/SQL, ASP.Net, MVC.NET, C#, VB Oracle RDBMS (10g/11g) Microsoft SQL Server Redhat Linux Microsoft Windows (XP, 7, 2003/2008 Server) Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Access) *Internal and External Contacts:* Internal customers (Solutran employees) 90% Outside service providers (5%) External customers (5%) *QUALIFICATIONS: * To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
