Experience with wireframing tools Axure, Visio and Photoshop* Job Description This User Experience Architect will be responsible for working with business requirements to develop wireframes visualizing experience architecture. They will be working on a combination of Native Mobile projects which include internal facing applications- iOS and Android as well as .com projects- including mobile expertise and responsive. They must be onsite in Bloomington, IL but can work 4 x 10. Native Mobile- For example-Claims - helps saves them money and time .com- auto work, finishing this auto rollout- update into next year. Legacy work- Customer care network for call centers- omni channel ·Provides support to the UX Design Team from an UX architecture/framework perspective ·Defines UI framework for strategic UX concepting efforts ·Responsible for the creation of Digital Artifacts ·Works closely with Business and Systems Leads to identify and enable solutions to achieve the desired user experience ·Exercises independent decision-making and judgment in the development of creative efforts associated with projects ·Demonstrates extensive knowledge of digital user experience and trends ·Engages with Business areas to provide project-level user experience direction, and influence business requirements and the overall customer experience ·Accountable for appropriate compliance and digital standards such as accessibility and usability ·Work experience in interaction design/information architecture ·Preferred experience in responsive web and native application interaction / information architecture ·Experience in Axure, Visio, and Photoshop software -Applies methodologies of interaction design and user research to business challenges -Works well and communicates effectively with multi-disciplinary team and stakeholders; strong verbal communication skills -Proven ability to balance multiple projects, schedules and meet deadlines Additional Information Nice to have Skills: 1.
