You will also be working with the development group and the systems administrators to help them understand the security concerns as well help them identify and remediate the vulnerabilities. They do not care if they have the specific tool experience, just information security experience doing app scanning and vulnerability management. *Requirements* Requires thorough knowledge of information security practices and technologies; ability to speak and write in a clear and understandable manner for internal and external relations; understand extremely complex verbal or written instructions; understand information security issues dealing with computer hardware, software, and infrastructure; knowledge ordinarily acquired through attainment of a Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Systems plus 5 years of progressive information security experience. Information security certification preferred. Must possess a valid driver’s license. (essential job functions - 1-9) Mental - Requires a relatively high degree of concentration and attention intermittently to analyze current systems approximately 40% of time; periods of mental effort and concentration followed by other aspects of job with lesser concentration and attention requirements.
