POSITION OVERVIEW *TheServiceNowDeveloperwillberesponsible for developing, maintaining and enhancinga custom On-Boardingapplication is built ontheServiceNow platform. This positionreports to the Associate Director - Development who is seeking candidateswho have a:* · *Strong sense of team* · *Collaborative approach* · *Deliverable focus* · *Customer Service mindset* · *Deliver and support end-to-end automated solutions which include technical implementation of the ServiceNow Platform, Core System, and Applications.* · *Perform and/or participate in discovery and design work sessions to determine best practice solution requirements and produce deliverables, including mock-ups, flow diagrams, etc.* · *Refine and manage release management best practices (Update Sets, Information Sets, Cloning, naming conventions, etc.) for customizations and upgrades to the platform and applications* · *Support the Core System including integrations/reporting* · *Provide support and technical consulting and mentoring* · *Assist service owners with leveraging ServiceNow with disciplined design and implementation approaches* *Skills:* Required: JSON, JQuery and JavaScript are heavily used in the application they will be supporting Nice to Have: Angular, GIT, Bamboo, Backbone, Underscore · Deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and development, including: · User Interface - Configure and maintain Forms, Lists, Views, UI Policy, UI Scripts, UI Actions, View Rules, Welcome Page Content, Map Pages and other UI elements for all currently installed Service Now modules · System Properties - UI, CSS, System, Email, Approval, LDAP, Application, Localization, Security, Users, and Groups · LDAP, SSO, Initial Data Loads, base Import Sets, automated integrations and address exceptions · Reports, Service Level Agreement, Notifications, and Alerts · Strong knowledge of JavaScript and with web browser technology (XML, HTML, Web Services, etc. · Solid understanding of encoded queries, reporting, database views, SQL, stored procedures · Experience with System Discovery and License / Entitlement Management desirable Understanding of IT help desk and service management along with good understanding of the ITIL framework *Education:* OTHER DESIRED SKILLS · ServiceNow Certifications (Advanced Admin, Implementation) · Experience building custom apps on the ServiceNow platform · Working knowledge of systems and network performance and availability monitoring and analysis as well as configuration management · Agile Software development practices · Knowledge of Jelly or similar scripting language · Experience dealing with technical end-users in a support role · Working knowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services · Experience working directly with customers and clients -- Best Regards Mohit Arora [email protected] *201-620-9700* ** 152 * -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Vendors" group.
