This position works within IT and is located at our corporate location reporting to the Global IT Manager of Sales and CRM. REQUIREMENTS: Experience: • Information technology experience, including comprehensive understanding of IT and business operations • Experience designing Sales and Customer Service solutions • Hands-on development experience with Salesforce.com Sales and Service Cloud, Salesforce integrations and Application Builder Educational: • Salesforce.com Administrator training and certifications • Salesforce.com Platform App and Developer training and certifications Skills: • Business process knowledge of Sales and Marketing • Design and architect solutions utilizing the Salesforce and Force.com platform to meet business requirements • Develop solutions using Force.com, APEX, Visualforce, Web Services and other technologies • Configure and test Salesforce.com including managing users, data, and security, configuring and customizing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications, utilizing App Exchange packages, process builder and workflows • Solve technical problems and recommend solutions • Possess effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills • Work effectively within an agile team environment • Work independently, manage and prioritize multiple tasks/functions • Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio) Thank you!!
