*Role: Salesforce.com Administrator* *Location: Minneapolis, MN* *Duration: 2-3 month contract * *Mode of interview: phone then Onsite * *USC/GC/EAD Only * The essential functions of the job are: - Manage users, data, and security for SalesForce.com. - Manage the integration between the CRM and other systems. - Analyze business requirements, procedures and problems to provide solutions. - Database maintenance and cleanup including de-duplication, ownership and transfer imports. - Provide a central point of contact for all change requests and system alterations. - Create or update training manuals, policies, and procedures. - Work with senior management to ensure key functionalities are understood and together build more CRM capabilities. - Enforce new user adoption by monitoring history. - Provide help desk support for all users. - Prioritize customization requests, and projects outsourced and/or in-house programming. - Building custom dashboards and workflows specific to certain profiles. - Provide training to users including initial training to users during onboarding processes. - Provide training opportunities for staff members and CRM users at novice, intermediate, and advanced levels on CRM functionality. - Work with IT to manage project implementation and back-end integration. - Keep up-to-date on new technologies within the CRM. - Import and export data as required to synchronize back-end systems. The successful candidate will have a 4-yr degree in business or information technology or related field and at least 5 yrs of experience as a SalesForce Administrator, plus 2 yrs in a marketing or sales role.
