*Key qualifications the BI / Data Architect and Developer should have:*
- * Experience *
- * This is a senior level person, one who has helped develop BI /
Data strategy and can provide recommendations at the ETL, Data
Management,
data model, and BI technology levels. *
- * Data Analysis and Management skills *
- *They will also have to work the IT team to retrieve and organize
the sample data for the POC. Familiar with Healthcare provider data and
Healthcare provider systems is a major plus. *
- * BI skills *
- * The do not need to be a BI application developer but should be
familiar with QlikView, Tableau and IBI WebFocus (the current
applications
under review). *
- * Communications and writing skills *
- * This person should be used to working with Sr. level
management, IT organizations and business users. They should be able to
communicate well at each level, and develop effective documents and
presentations for each level. *
- * Leadership *
- * Though they will part of team, they will be a leader in the
implementation phase of this program *
