Exciting contract opening for 9 months, with extension possibility and outside chance of conversion. This is a high level subject matter expert in Reliability Engineering. Looking for Certified Reliability Engineer Provide technical leadership in Design for Reliability activities within Device Engineering. Work closely with teams to establish Reliability Plans, Reliability analysis, Test Designs, predictive targets, and a deeper understanding of failure modes in our product designs. *Requirements* *• Deep experience/expertise in Reliability Engineering*, in particular: o Reliability modeling - including Reliability Block Diagrams, redundancy techniques, etc. o Reliability data analysis including Weibull analysis o Reliability-centered maintenance, including condition-based maintenance, reliability-cost trade off analysis. o Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) o Reliability test design: Quantitative-ALT, Reliability Demonstration Testing o Design For Reliability planning and management o Detailed understanding of statistical techniques required for developing reliability models and test methods. • Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Product Design, and fluent in full life-cycle product development methods/activities. • Must possess strong engineering knowledge and experience in electromechanical disciplines and design principles, preferably Medical Devices. • *Expertise and fluency in Excel, Minitab, Windchill/Relex, Reliasoft, etc.* • Requires strong organization and polished communication skills, with the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical personnel throughout the organization. • *Certified Reliability Engineer (or equivalent) preferred* -- Best Regards Mohit Arora [email protected] *201-620-9700* ** 152 * -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Vendors" group.
