Required Skills

Technical leads that coordinate development team. It's a non-coding
resource that needs to be experienced with the SDLC, delivery, .NET stack
and can read and write code.

1 – *Project Manager *- Need a project manager who is marginally technical.
Doesn't need to have a development background, but *understand technology
and the software development life cycle (SDLC*). Experience with *business
analysis*. Experience with managing development vendors.



*2 - Project Manager *- Basically identical to the one above…a dual role of
project manager + "build manager" (basically manage the *delivery of a
project* by a vendor).



*3 – Project Manager *- This needs to be a tech lead resource who can do
light coordination. It's a non-coding resource that needs to be comfortable
with the .NET stack and can read and write code. Will be doing *code
reviews*.



*4 - Project Manager *- Aggressive, somewhat technical project manager.
Prefer someone very detail oriented because of the compliance related
project. A policy or regulatory or *security background*.



*5 – Senior Project Manager * - Strong personalities that will *drive the
project and the implementation vendor*.
