TWC runs a modified version of the Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS) baseline from the Comptroller of Public Accounts. It consists of PeopleSoft Financials baseline, Texas statewide modifications made by the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA), and TWC specific modifications. * *TWC uses the following modules in PeopleSoft Financials: Contracts, General Ledger (including Commitment Control), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable/Billing, Purchasing and Asset Management. TWC uses an Oracle database and AIX servers.* *Minimum Requirements:* *10 Years Experience implementing/upgrading PeopleSoft ERP systems* *2 Years experience in Technical support to implement, upgrade to or maintain PeopleSoft Financials version 9.1 or higher* *Preferences:* *Implementing/upgrading or maintaining the PeopleSoft Financial system at the Texas Workforce Commission. * *Implementing/supporting PeopleSoft’s Strategic Sourcing module.* *Designing, implementing/upgrading, or maintaining Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS Financials)* *TERM OF SERVICE* *Services expect to start approximately January 15, 2017 and are expected to be completed by May 31, 2017 or when total hours estimated on work order have been depleted, whichever occurs first.
