In this role, you will enhance the use of NodeJS on the company's website by creating and maintaining new sharable libraries, optimizing performance, and providing guidance to the team on how to best run NodeJS in production. RESPONSIBILITIES * Enhance the use of NodeJS on the company's website. * Create and maintain new sharable libraries. * Optimize performance. * Provide guidance to the Ops teams on how to best run NodeJS in production. * Front-end development (sometimes unrelated to NodeJS). MUST HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE * JavaScript experience with multiple modern frameworks. * Experience with other programming language(s) * Strong experience using the command line (Linux/OS X based) * Experience creating and running NodeJS applications in a production environment * Technical knowledge in web development SKILLS/EXPERIENCE * Experience as a Lead developer * Retail or eCommerce experience * Experience working with all levels of an organization * Strong collaboration and communication skills CLIENT REQUIRED QUESTIONS 1.
