*Responsibilities *
• Wireless system design using Wimax, CDMA, TDMA, Land-Mobile, and/or LTE
protocols
• Machine to Machine cellular wireless network design including MPLS
backhaul
• Propagation coverage studies and link budget analysis
• Point-to-Point and Point-to-multipoint microwave systems and network
design
• Communications project management and construction supervision including
tower installations
• Satellite system link budget analysis and vendor management at a
technical level
• Document and drawing creation and review (Visio and/or Autocad)
• Participation at design/project management meetings and conference calls
• Cisco based Wifi deployments and controller programming
• WAN optimization devices for satellite networks
• Routing/switching troubleshooting. CCNA and IT networking (Cisco or
Juniper) a plus
• DMZ, firewall, and network security implementation a plus
• System performance monitoring, SNMP, IP, or other basis
INTERVIEW PROCESS:
2 Rounds-Panel Phone Interview and then In-Person Interview in Midland. The
candidates must be able to attend an in-person interview in Midland, so a
local candidate would be preferred. Initial phone screens will be held next
week
