Job description:




- Working with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to resolve their
application tech issues

- Resolving tickets
- Solving issues using remote technology
- Working with basic applications, windows2010, office 2016
- working with legal specific applications (*change pro, doc ex tools, sccm*
)
-  Resolving issues w/ configMgr or SCCM

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar technical environment.
- Familiarity w/ windows 10

- Tier 2 support Experience
- Microsoft office 2016 exp.
- familiarity with docX

- Familiarity with other desktop apps

- Strong troubleshooting
- PLUSES include; exp w/ legal application "worksite, "change pro" and
"SCCM or configMGR"
