Java integration developer with web service experience (REST/JSON, JAX-RS,
Spring Framework, etc)

o   Familiar with JVM languages such as Gosu, Groovy, etc

o   Familiar with SQL (SQL Server 2012+)

         Exposure to Apache Solr (4.x) to support basic index management
and general upkeep

         Exposure to Guidewire 7 platform (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter,
BillingCenter) and integration patterns

o   Integration to/from PC to other systems using the GW's Gosu programming
language

o   Message queues

o   Batch processes

o   Being aware of how to recover from errors and produce meaningful log
messages when errors occur

         Nice to have: experience with SailPoint (https://www.sailpoint.com/
)

o   IDQ Workflows

o   Identity Now

         Nice to have: Angular2 experience

Minimum Experience / Education:
Position requires a 4-year college degree with at least 3 years’ experience
in  Java development, support, analysis, or architectural design, or at
least 5 years of relevant experience demonstrating progressively increasing
levels of responsibility in these areas of responsibility. This position
requires ongoing skill development to maintain a fresh and forward thinking
/ objective perspective.
Communication and Collaboration Skills:
• Written: Must possess good writing skills and a demonstrated ability to
produce documents for a variety of audiences. Written skills must include
the ability to develop and maintain current state systems diagrams.

• Oral: Must demonstrate effective and clear verbal communication skills
for a variety of audience types throughout the company. Must understand and
be understood by their audiences. Must give technical presentations clearly
and effectively as needed.
Technical Knowledge:
Must possess an intermediate level understanding of applications. Must
demonstrate debugging, problem solving, application support and development
skills. Skills must include an understanding of business processes and
objectives throughout the IT enterprise. Develops and supports and execute
new software installations, database updates, infrastructure component
changes, or other technical deliverable requests.

Problem Solving:
Uses technical analysis and planning skills for applications or IT
processes to identify current and potential system structural problems or
workflow deficiencies. Identifies and implements short and long-term
solutions that provide optimal solutions for applications. Makes
recommendations of current design structures and applications. Utilizes
