*Job Description:*
The project manager will be responsible for execution against plan,
including the associated tracking, reporting and stakeholder management.
*Key Responsibilities: *
• Knowledge of process development, IT/audit-governance or risk
mgmt. background, information security projects (vulnerability assessment,
incident response, building policy/processes, etc.)
• Coordinate with SMEs to clearly define the business drivers,
project objectives, solution design and business risk-driven delivery
approach
• Identify and engage with key stakeholders in the Corporate
project teams and in the CIB risk management, business and technology teams
• Understand and represent CIB’s business risk requirements
throughout project planning and execution Define, form and execute projects
to delivery the agreed business risk reduction objectives
• Work with the Cyber Security Program Manager to align the
project’s governance and reporting with the overall program structure
• Develop and maintain close working relationships with all key
stakeholders to ensure early visibility of any potential changes to the
project and assess, negotiate and manage any changes to scope
• Collate and analyse large data sets (e.g. firewall rules,
application metadata) to support project planning and execution
Key Skills/Qualifications:
• Extensive past experience of successful information security
project delivery, preferably in an Insurance environment
• Highly developed oral and written communication skills, and
an ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, ranging
from control functions to technical teams and senior business leaders
• Strong skills in Excel for data analysis and Powerpoint for
presentation
• Past experience in leading and motivating global teams and/or
matrix management
• Intellectual rigor, emotional intelligence, high energy and a
passion for the delivery of high quality solutions which address real
business needs
• Cyber Security related experience – either data loss
prevention and/or infrastructure security hardening
