Here’s the skillset client is looking for App dev PM role:
Agile Expertise – experience managing agile projects this is the first
and foremost and very important criterion.
Project Management Experience Experience as project manager managing
application development projects. PMP certification is a good-to-have but
not mandatory. If we can’t get both agile and PM experience in 1 person,
let us get resumes of people with agile experience. If they have both (a)
and (b), that’s even better.
CRM Experience – It’s not mandatory. If a candidate has an understanding or
experience in CRM, it’s great.
