• 4 -5 years in identity management, min. 3 years of experience
in Microsoft Identity Management integration, development
• 2 -3 years’ experience in security engineering with development
in Dot Net technology and MIM development
• Should have exposure to any directory services/ DB, LDAP
concepts
• Experience in working with security group in design &
development.
• Experience in Dot Net development, Exposure to J2EE – a plus
• Awareness of various security products, methodologies and
processes
• Good team player abilities
• Must possess the technical/functional skills necessary to
understand and manage consulting project engagements
• Added skills required for configuring multi factor
authentication
o Automate MFA policy enforcement using Microsoft technology.
o Outcome: IT privilege account - individual has to put in the
password + token (2 factor - email/sms) to login. Microsoft technology to
be used for this.
o Automate policy enforcement implementation on complex passpharse
requirements.
o Integration of MFA and passphrase tool with MIM
o Automate complex passphrase policy enforcement using Microsoft
technology.

• Implementation, & Execution of project
• Work with internal/external teams to understand security
requirements and deliver against project plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adherence to
program objectives and security processes, and take responsibility for
