   - 2-years experience using product design techniques such as UX design.
   - Experience with technically complex, cross-organizational,
   multi-stakeholder projects.
   - Experience creating Agile training/workshop material.
   - Established skills identifying needs, and then developing and applying
   strategies to address Transformation efforts.
   - Ability to deliver results (Quality & Benefits).
   - Demonstrated ability to be successful in ambiguous situations and a
   fast paced and changing environment.
   - Demonstrated ability to build relationships, communicate, and
   influence at all levels of the global organization across
   functions/platforms.
