They don’t need a ton of experience 3-4 years working in an agile
environment (ideally Ecommerce experience).





Interviewing skills, to talk with individuals and groups about their needs
and ask the right questions to surface essential requirements information



Facilitation skills, to lead requirements elicitation workshops



Listening skills, to understand what people say and to detect what they
might be hesitant to say



Analytical skills to o critically evaluate the information gathered from
multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information
into details, o abstract up from low-level information to a more general
understanding, o distinguish presented user requests from the underlying
true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements to evaluate
solution alternatives and provide recommendations



Modeling skills, to represent requirements information in graphical forms
that augment textual representations in natural language, including using
modeling languages already established in the development organization –



Communication Skills, to write accurate and adequate requirements Relevant
Experience & Education:



4+ Years of experience in similar roles: Requirements Analysis, Business
Analysis, Product Management, Product Analysis



4+ Years of experience in multiple SDLC/ALM processes while working with
large teams



Experience working with Waterfall, Iterative, SCRUM & Agile methodologies -
Bachelor’s degree preferred



Experience supporting a CMS migration (ideally Orchard or Sitecore)



CBAP certifications will be a plus





Responsibilities:





Key Responsibilities:



Primary responsibility to elicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify, and
manage the project requirements by working with project sponsors and end
users



Provide adequate & accurate documentation of requirements, use cases, user
stories and business rules



Represent requirements using alternative views, such as analysis models
(diagrams), prototypes, or scenarios, where appropriate



Work with UX Designers to ensure that the user experience meets the
business requirements



Work with the engineering teams (Architects, Developers, Development
Managers and Test Engineers) to conduct requirement briefing sessions and
support them through the SDLC



Comply with the IT project governance and management processes



Coordinate UAT and gather timely approvals from business users prior to
release



Identify ways to assist product management in product planning through
requirements development and analysis. Propose new product features and
updates
