*Job Type: Long-term Contract Opportunity (Can work C2C) Mode of Interview:* Phone then Skype/ face-to-face *Job Requirements:* - Must have Rating Experience-at least general experience but specially Policy Center Rating - Integration Experience is a must - Configuration developers who have done a little of integrating would not work - Version 8 of Guidewire preferred - Standard Guidewire Certifications are a plus - Guidewire Billing Center is a plus *Position Summary:* - The Sr. Guidewire Developer must have a strong understanding of open systems architecture including integrations with vendor packages, relational databases, message queues, web services and legacy systems. - This role will also provide the necessary software development leadership to the development team and help ensure that the architectural vision is correctly realized during the development and support the team through the release of code to production. *Essential Functions: * The following are the usual, basic and essential functions of the position. These functions are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required. - Prepare design and implementation deliverables for moderate to highly complex custom developed N-tier applications, Guidewire products, and software to integrate those applications with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications under direction of IT management.
