This is 3+ month in Manhattan with WebMD.

This must have extremely strong background with Splunk Enterprise Security.

SME for Splunk ES consulting

• Support and guide customer resources that include infosec administrators,
engineers, Managers, developers for increasing Splunk ES adoption
• Strong experience with Splunk enterprise security app (Common Information
Model {CIM} experience preferred, not required)
• Lead in providing expert best practices in adoption, expansion,
additional use cases around Splunk / Splunk Enterprise Security.
• Lead performance tuning efforts and execution.
• Assist in workshops to help customers leverage the full value of Splunk
solutions and lead periodic stakeholder meetings.
• Provide insights with respect to the availability and applicability of
new products and features.
• Support Professional Services in identifying, scoping, and selling follow
on and new service opportunities.
• Experience implementing Splunk Enterprise Security required.
• Identify in collaboration with the Splunk Account team the key success
criteria for Splunk deployment and drive customer success and satisfaction.
• Act as the Splunk SME for customer technical questions, issues or
escalations. This will include working with Security team members, Product
Management, or others as needed.
• Exposure to geography specific Data protections & privacy regulations and
its impact in SIEM implementations (preferred)
• Maintain current Splunk platform and assist in future products/projects.
• Assist to document best practices in developing and using the Splunk
Documentation run book (or customer provided run book).
ADDED SKILLS:
•    Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience/knowledge using Splunk technology
applied to research and data analysis, application of statistical research
techniques, report or application development.
•    Expertise in using Splunk for security analytics including loading
data into the platform and creating reports, dashboards and other visual
representations of data
•    Experience managing the growth of ingestion and storage needs for
current data sources and projecting for new source
•    Strong background in security analytics including behavioral anomaly
detection, tail analysis, pattern recognition, etc.
•    Proven excellence in problem solving, research, quantitative analysis
and analytical working techniques.
•    Demonstrated ability to deliver results and recommendations in
written, verbal, and presentation form at an appropriate level for a
business audience.
•    Thought leader with strategic mindset
•    Ability to coach, mentor and collaborate with others
•    Ability to work with Hadoop desirable
•    Familiarity with Splunk User Behavior Analytics a plus
