That totally depends on what the hospital requires the surgeon to
do. I have had some classes with physicians and some new programs
where the physicians did not attend the class. Frankly I think they
did not receive a great deal of knowledge about vascular access and
the course would benefit them greatly. But you don't really want to
have a participant with a bad attitude in class either. Lynn
