My experience as a patient is that you must go to your Insurance Providers website and check exactly what they will reimburse for. They usually also have codes etc and include areas that are gray and require further documentation or appeal. My provider would not reimburse for that diagnosis but does give the opportunity to appeal and plead for quality of life issues.
