I beleive this are appropriate. There are many similar types out there. If
there is other informaiton that occurs during the insertion, not on the
sticker, then that should be charted as well.
I have used them. They help speed up the already slow process.
This sticker below needs the number of attampts added. I would remove the
brand name of the utrasound. Only becasue I like to keep documentation
generic. You may change devices in the future.
I'm sure others on this site will add additional info.
