I have a question for the Home Infusion gang….
Is anyone using Cathflo for a slow drip in the home to get rid of fibrin sheaths? I know it is being used in the hospital settings, and I understand it is mixed in 50ml and infused at varying rates, from 2-4 hours. So, I would like to hear from anyone on the home side and see if it is being done and if so, what is your policy?
Thanks!!
