What about using ultra sound on the other side for a triple luman?

I have a dilemma and this comes up often these days. Not enough lumens
for all the dedicated drips needed.

I have a patient in ICU with a dual picc, she is on dopamine, propofol
and cefepime. They are infusing the antibiotic in a piv in the hand of
her picc arm. The dopamine is needed for pressure support so they cannot
interupt it for the antibiotic. She has virtually no veins on the
opposite side. I really don't want to exchange this out for a triple
lumen picc.
On our compatibility chart it states dopamine and propofol are
compatible. The manufacturer states nothing else to infuse with propofol
because of infection risk.
So do the risks outweigh the benefits of combining these drugs to save
the potential harm to the picc arm?
