We are currently seeking justification for introducing power injectable central
lines, including PICCs, to our institution and would like some feedback as to
what others are doing as well. Here are the questions. Thanks for your
repsonses in advance.

Do you use power injectable catheters for all of your patients or do you have
some critieria for deciding to insert a power injectable vs a traditional? If
you use critieria, what is it?

If you are using them, what size facility are you?

What has your experience been - both positive and negative?

Do you see these eventually replacing all of your traditional catheters?
