Slightly, as in creative thinking!  Just kidding!  I believe the new Huber needle, "Gripper Plus" has worked well for us.  The chemo nurses like it well enough and have no problem with dual access.  It would be nice to have a needle that allows more of the sight to be seen, and Huber is coming out with one.  It made it's appearance several months ago, and had to have some revisions done.  Haven't seen it since???
