a 18 m.o. got admitted for bullous pemphigoid & nephrotic syndrome. last Friday I chose right AC to put in a PICC -- the only intact skin part.
Now he has blister right on the picc exit site. not able to pull the line because he still needs blood draw & IV meds, & no intact skin to start a new PIV or PICC.
