Hi all again.
Some day I will get a step ahead of my boss and I'll be working on less
than 6 projects at a time!!
We want an easy way to chart exact locations of IV sites and attempts,
maybe a page with pictures of the arms with the veins and space to chart
details. We are hoping to find something that we can tweak to fit our needs
instead of reinventing the wheel. If anyone has a sample that they are
willing to share I would appreciate it.
