Subject: extravasation pictures

I would like to obtain some really gruesome extravasation pictures. I am
especially interested in cytotoxic drugs (Taxol in particular). The Gyn/Onc
doc's in my facility are trying to say it is ok to give vesicant chemo drugs
peripherally as long as they are less then 4 hour infusions. If the peripheral
site was receiving appropriate observation and care, it might not be bad, but
they want to put a patient in a closed off room, away from nursing supervision,
and give these infusions. The nurses are scared to death. I need to put
together a scarey presentation for these doc's complete with pictures and
possibly some legal cases (Sue? Darnell?) Can anyone help me out? E-mail me
privately.
Thanks ahead of time!
