Some time ago I was seeking policies for SQ infusions, and got some great
feedback from some listserv members. We are revising our SQ infusion (pain and
other meds), and I could use some help again. I had a really
great policy from a Canadian hospital, and we seem to have misplaced it.
Any policies that anyone can share with us would be greatly appreciated.
