Hi Jean,

This has rarely come up for us. We have been fortunate enough to have great
discharge planners at the local hospitals who will lobby the MD to change
the catheter to another that is more appropriate.

A question For the Home Infusion Group,
Are you getting hospitals sending patients home for long term therapy
with Non-tunneled sutured Cook catheters? I have never recognized them for
anything but in house short term therapy and have not had P&P for their
care. Thanks. Jean
