Hi, I have two
questions for the group:
1) our Critical Care
CNS has asked me if there is a specific amount of time that an IV site should be
monitored after Regitine has been used. She was thinking, every four hours for
48 hours, wondered if that was enough. Any thoughts?
2) I know this has
been addressed before, but I still am finding PIV sites in the lower inner
wrist, and iin fact stumbled upon a Dopamine infiltrate in that location. YIKES!
I need some references to stop this practice.
Thanks so
much.
