Is anyone using preprinted ordersheets for vascular access? If yes, would you be willing to share?
I would like to develop an ordersheet which will help the MD to select the appropriate device and and when it can be placed. I want it to include the Lidocaine and line management orders (flushes,TPA ect.) also.
Any feed back is appreciated!
